| While you may pick up your packet on race day, it is not recommended for first time triathletes; you need the packet prior to race day to be adequately prepared. This is a courtesy to our experienced triathletes that live a good distance from the packet pickup locations.) You must pickup your packet IN PERSON with your ID. Please do not send your spouse, child, or babysitter to pickup your packet. Relay team members may pick up separately but all must pick up in person. | |
What is your refund policy? | |
| Please note before registering there will be NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS of entries in this event. No exceptions. We are raising funds for the YMCA and should you be unable to participate as planned, your entry fee will be donated to the YMCA Partners program. If you cannot participate and do not plan to pickup your goodie bag at packet pickup, you can receive a receipt for your tax deductible donation. Please contact Marcie Taylor at Marcella.taylor@ymcahouston.org to obtain your receipt. Thank you! | |
